Who is responsible

Eido S.A.S. (tax ID 30-71934933-8), based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is responsible for the data received through eido.com.ar. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].

What data we receive and why

When you fill in the contact form we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, the reason and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, follow it up. We do not use them to send you advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer your data. Your enquiry may reach the group company it concerns (IFHA, IGM or heladoartesanal.ar) so that the right people can answer it. Data is stored on our hosting provider’s servers.

To protect the form against spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which invisibly checks that the sender is a person. To do so, Cloudflare processes technical data about the connection and the browser under its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses technical cookies to work and Google Analytics to count visits in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years after the last contact, unless a business relationship requires keeping them longer.

Your rights

Under Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, you can request access to, correction, update or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected]. The Agency for Access to Public Information, the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of data protection rules.
